- 1. HOW TO BUY?
Buying at RAIMA is very easy. Follow these simple steps.
1) View the product you are interested in or search for it in the families menu or via search engine. If you can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us: raimaonline@raima.cat
2) With a single click you will get complete product information, images, price and quantity discounts as well as related products.
3) Select the units and click on "Add to cart".
4) If you want to keep buying, repeat steps 1,2 and 3.
5) If you have completed your purchase or want to see your basket click on "Confirm Order".
6) Register to continue with your order. Fill in your personal details.
7) If you have a Discount Voucher enter your code to activate it.
8) Select the shipping method.
9) Select the form of payment (Credit Card / Pay Pal / Bank Transfer)
10) Confirm the order
11) You will immediately receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order.

- 2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
To place an order you must follow the procedure in the HOW TO BUY section and accept the General Conditions of Sale.
An order will be considered accepted once payment has been made.
RAIMA reserves the right to refuse an order. In this case, 100% of the amount paid will be returned to the customer.
RAIMA disclaims any responsibility for canceling any order or removing products from the website.

You can pay for your order with the following payment methods:

- 4. GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE AND SHIPPING COSTS
Deliveries can currently be made to any country in the European Union (EU).
For your convenience, you can pick up your order at our RAIMA store at 27 Carrer Comtal in Barcelona without any handling or transport costs.
If you prefer, you can receive your order at the address you indicate. The expenses are as follows:
a) BARCELONA CITY:
- FREE for orders over 50 euros (VAT included)
- 6 euros for orders under 50 euros (VAT included)
b) REST OF THE PENINSULA:
- FREE for orders over 50 euros (VAT included)
- 6 euros for orders under 50 euros (VAT included)
c) FOREIGN (EUROPEAN UNION):
- FREE for orders over 300 euros (VAT included)
- 24 euros for orders under 300 euros (VAT included)
These conditions will be applied to all orders except those that RAIMA deems special for volume and / or weight reasons that require the transport price to be recalculated.

- 5. DELIVERY TERMS
For products in stock the delivery times are (counted from Monday to Friday):
- 24 hours in case of collection at the RAIMA store on Carrer Comtal nº 27 in Barcelona, counting from the time the payment was made. (We will send collection NOTICES once the order is ready to pick up)
- 48/72 hours in the case of home delivery, counting from the time the payment was made.

In the event of a stock out, the customer will be notified and the deadline will be set according to the availability of the product.
- 6. PREUS
The prices reflected in the raimapapers.cat online store are expressed with VAT included. RAIMA reserves the right to make any price changes without prior notice. We make sure that all published prices are correct but in the event that an error is detected in the price of an item, it will be modified immediately. In the event that the order has been confirmed with an incorrect price, the customer will be notified urgently, who will have the option to reconfirm the order or cancel it.
- 7. PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock it will be replaced as soon as possible. If it is not available again, it will be removed from the store.

- 8. IMAGES OF THE PRODUCTS
We try to keep the images of the products up to date but it could be the case of receiving products with minimal differences in finishes or packaging.
- 9. ORDER STATUS
You can see the status of your order by accessing the section MY ACCOUNT / History and details of my orders.
- 10. RETURNS
The deadline to be able to make returns is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The customer will bear the direct costs of the return.
Returns will not be accepted if:
a) The product is not in perfect packaging condition.
b) The packaging of the product is not the original and these are not in perfect condition.
All returns must be communicated and authorized by RAIMA. For this, you must apply to RAIMA by e-mail to raimaonline@raima.cat, indicating the reason for the return and the invoice or sales document number.
Once the return has been accepted, the products must be sent to the address specified by RAIMA.
RAIMA reserves the right to charge a management fee of 5% of the value of the returned material.
- 11. WARRANTY
All products marketed by RAIMA have the warranty period established by the manufacturer.
The warranty covers both labor and parts to be replaced, except in those cases where the manufacturer specifies other terms.
The guarantee will be invalidated in the following cases:
- Improper strokes and / or transport.
- Improper handling.
- Defective installations and / or installation errors.
- Incorrect supply voltage.
- Handling by personnel other than the manufacturer's SAT, or handling of any seal.
- Damage due to natural phenomena or affecting the electricity supply.
RAIMA declines any responsibility for the improper or inappropriate use of the products.
